I primarily work with adults (18+) on an individual basis, though I also offer couples sessions. My clients often come to me when they feel like they've tried to manage things on their own and need a different kind of support — not advice, but a space to think more clearly.
I work especially well with people who are skeptical about therapy, or who have tried it before and felt it wasn't quite right. I take that seriously and we talk about it openly.

I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life they want to be living. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or questions about identity — and they've often been carrying these things alone for a long time before reaching out.
My approach is collaborative and paced to your comfort. I don't believe therapy should feel like homework or a checklist. I believe it should feel like a conversation where you are genuinely heard — sometimes for the first time.

Licensed mental health providers in the US, including psychologists, therapists and medication management providers. Each state you list needs an active license.
When you submit your profile, our team checks your license and credentials. We'll email you once you're verified, and then you activate your listing to appear in search. If anything needs changing first, we'll tell you what.
Each request is emailed to the address you choose, with the person's name, contact details and an optional note, and you reply to them directly. You'll find every request in your dashboard too, where you can mark it as contacted.
Yes. Add every state you're licensed in and every place you practice. In-person searches match your locations, and online searches match the states you're licensed in.
Yes. Your dashboard shows how often you appear in searches, how many people view your profile and how many send a request, over the dates you choose.
Yes. You can edit any part of your profile from your dashboard, at any time.
